Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Jobs CRM. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jobs CRM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jobs CRM is a personal productivity application that provides tools for tracking job applications, managing career documents, integrating email communication, and preparing for interviews. The Service includes optional AI-assisted features for content generation and analysis.
3. Account Registration and Responsibility
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may register using a username and password or through Google Sign-In.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you store and process within the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication and email), AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Z.AI), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Browserless (PDF rendering), JobRadar (job listings), and Stripe (payments, when credit purchases are available). The Privacy Policy describes what each provider receives. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party providers.
6. Credits and Payments
Where the Service offers credits, credits are prepaid units that pay for AI features. The price of a credit pack and the number of credits each action uses are shown before you buy or run an action. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and may expire as shown in your balance. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Billing Policy at /refund-policy. Credit purchases may not be available yet.
7. AI Output
AI features generate content, such as tailored resumes, emails, analyses and interview preparation material, using third-party AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before you rely on it or send it to anyone, and for the content you submit to AI features. We do not guarantee any job-search outcome.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jobs CRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your feedback, suggestions, and data you input into the Service remain yours. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload within the Service.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobs CRM from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings, then Privacy, as described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
